Employees were stacking two different types of trusses in a yard. One employee was lifting one end of a truss with a forklift while another inserted a spreader block. The load shifted, and the second employee's left ring finger was pinched between the block and the trusses. The finger was amputated.

On March 2, 2018, two employees were using a tractor and hay chopping machine to place bedding in calf hutches. The first employee was behind the tractor when the second employee lost sight of him and backed the tractor over his left foot. He suffered left foot fractures and was hospitalized.
